Who am I? I am a soul having an earthly experience (as we all are), but to be specific:
I qualified with the NFSH Healing Trust in 1998 and have continued to be a practicing spiritual healer since then. My specialist interest is clearing lower vibrational energies from people and spaces and soul fragmentation retrieval. I manage the blog-site ‘Spiritual Guidance for the Soul’.
My background is in nursing and research. In 2020, I co-authored a book called Vibrations of Life – A Handbook for Energetic Wellbeing, with Kathleen Judd.
I have a PhD in Nursing and used to be Senior Nursing Sister of a regional children’s Burns Unit; I was Joint Head of the Clinical Trials Research Unit at the University of Leeds from 1998 to 2002
In 2004 I founded the local charity ‘The Positive Care Programme’ in Leeds, West Yorkshire, for people with long-term illness and carers.
I was Chair of Leeds Healing Centre for 9 years, a Trustee of the NFSH Healing Trust from July to October 2013 and a Trustee of the British Holistic Medical Association for 6 years until 2016. I am currently a Trustee of The Confederation of Healing Organisations (2021 to present) and since January 2023, I am also Joint Chair of this organisation.
Healing Related Experience includes:
Healer and committee member at Leeds Healing Centre from 1996 to present
Healer and Co-ordinator at ‘The Positive Care Programme’ in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Member of the ‘Positive Change Programme’ healing team which gave healing to ex-offenders, probation staff and police officers in North and West Yorkshire.
Co-ordinator of Region 9 NFSH Healing Trust student healer assessment panel since 2011
Co-ordinator of The Diana Hughes Circle of Healing, which is an email-based distant healing group from 2013 to 2020.
Volunteer at the charity ‘Yahweh Foundation’ in Tobago, giving healing to children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Source Attunement Healing, Energy Field Management tutor
I love my journey of spiritual development, healing and helping others with their spiritual expansion. I am a PADI Scuba Divemaster and now live and work approximately half the year in Tobago, West Indies. I play at acrylic painting, aqua-aerobics and riotously with my grandchildren.
Kathleen Judd
Director
Responsible for Mentoring, Student Development and Editor of Omnes Voice
I have been an Energy Healer for more than 40 years, specialising in clearing lower vibrational energies from people and spaces, soul fragment retrieval and soul rescue. I’ve been a student healer mentor since 2004 and I’m also an animal communicator.
Since retiring from private practice my life is now dedicated to voluntary healing work, whilst continuing to mentor student healers, communicate with animals and fulfil my roles within Omnes Healing. In 2020, I co-authored a book called Vibrations of Life – A Handbook for Energetic Wellbeing, with Su Mason.
My Inspirational mother who, from the age of two was a natural healer and medium, always told me that I was a healer, but I was in total denial and intentionally blocked my abilities.
As a result, my early search for fulfilment included work as varied as florist, Civil Servant, receptionist, waitress, chambermaid and Police Officer. I also lived and worked in Holland and Menorca.
In 1982, a catalytic experience involving a friend’s wellbeing finally convinced me that I was meant to be a healer. Following this I did healing for friends and family, intuitively and without training, until 1994 when I discovered Leeds Healing Centre where I trained and qualified with the NFSH, which is now The Healing Trust.
Healing related experience includes:
Leeds Healing Centre from 1996 to present; Volunteer healer, Co Co-Ordinator and Treasurer
‘The Positive Care Programme’ in Leeds, for long-term illness patients and carers
‘Positive Change Programme’ healing for ex-offenders, probation staff and police officers in North and West Yorkshire
Healing Trust work: Assessment Panel member; Region 9 training support & Student Mentor; working group for Training Materials revision, 2015
Healing in a prison setting
Co-Founder of Omnes Healing
Source Attunement Energy Healing and Energy Field Management facilitator
Whilst strongly focused on my own spiritual growth and on-going development as a healer practitioner, I’m now fulfilled by my daily spiritual practice, energy healing work, mentoring student healers, plus my various roles within Omnes Healing.
I love my wildlife garden and enjoy watercolour painting, knitting, crochet and sewing.

I have been working with healing energies since 1993 when I first became aware of spiritual healing.
To me, it was like ‘coming home’ and I started my training with The Healing Trust (then called the NFSH) and opened my private healing practice.
A couple of years later I studied Usui Reiki, undertaking Reiki levels 1, 2 and level 3 or Master. I was then able to offer Reiki healing in addition to spiritual healing. I very much enjoyed offering training in Reiki to all levels and wrote my own Reiki manuals to support the teaching. I continue to provide both Reiki and spiritual healing.
My healing work progressed through the years with working voluntarily at various centres, including the Leeds Healing Centre and Yorkshire Cancer Care Centre. In 2009 I co-ordinated The Positive Change Programme for the York Probation Service and YAKRO, delivering healing to ex-offenders and staff members, which later progressed to DISC Leeds.
Meditation and mindfulness have always been important to me and I studied it for many years. I later went on to run meditation evening classes and day workshops for people seeking stillness in their lives.
Alongside my healing work, I have also managed a career. From the early nineties I worked in IT, culminating in my position as Sales Director of an e-commerce company providing bespoke technical solutions for major High Street retailers’ online trading problems for over 10 years. As well as providing solutions for companies such as The Guardian, British Home Stores, Sainsbury’s, plus other major newspapers, supermarkets and charities, we also consulted for The Times.
As part of a life laundry moment, having taught so many other companies how to successfully trade online, in 2006 my husband and I decided to set up our own online enterprise. Our business was born for the sale of fly fishing goods, as my husband has always been a keen angler. My contribution is sales and marketing. This company has grown over the years and currently ships to 50 countries worldwide. Our venture has since grown further, with the addition of two other companies within the fly fishing arena and I am a Director of all three. In 2020 I was honoured to become an Export Champion for the Northern Powerhouse and Department of International Trade.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, yoga, walking in our lovely countryside and photography. I am active within our local photography club and have entered a few photography competitions, with limited success!
My spiritual practice is always with me whatever I undertake. I find that my spiritual and professional work provide balance and perspective to each other. I am delighted and honoured to be a part of Omnes Healing.

Responsible for Safeguarding
Having amassed over 20 years experience of caring, supporting and assisting others in various settings, working in schools, prisons, in the community and most importantly looking after close family members and friends, I’ve realised that I have an innate quality that has led me to successfully support and build positive working relationships with vulnerable adults and young people.
My Career has included assisting vulnerable adults with mental health issues; caring for disabled adults; supporting adults with substance abuse issues; various types of support for homeless adults; assisting adult ex-offenders in the community and or in custody to reduce the risk of re-offending; supporting primary/secondary pupils at risk of exclusion from education.
I first experienced healing In 2004, after seeing an advert for Leeds Healing Centre in a newspaper. I had no idea what healing actually was, but I was intrigued to find out. I found the session so beneficial that I continued to receive regular healing until 2010, when I decided to train as a healer with the Healing Trust.
2012-2014: Student healer at Leeds Healing Centre
2014: Qualified with the Healing Trust: continued as a Member of Leeds Healing Centre Team
2014: Healer on the Positive Care Programme, for patients with long term health issues & unpaid carers
2015: Healing in a prison environment
Coming from a large, thriving, rich and diverse Caribbean community – which at times feels like my extended family – I fully understand the importance of a community for continuous guidance, support, a sense of belonging and mutual understanding.
As I continue my journey of spiritual development and growth, I’m committed to helping others to find the clarity they seek in their lives.
I’m passionate about all aspects of wellbeing and love to travel to the Caribbean.

All my life I have felt I was looking for something – something quite elusive. I always found myself ‘too busy’ to meditate as my mind was filled with a thousand and one things. I could not find stillness – that space in the head that clearly tells us who we are.
I am recently retired from a working life during which I gained a Diploma in Solution Focussed Counselling, a B.Ed. Hons Creative Arts and a National Professional Qualification for Headship.
After working in sales and marketing for several years, I took a life changing decision to train to become a Primary School teacher and started to find my direction. After ten years I became a headteacher and all I had learned as a solution focussed counsellor, a Samaritan, successfully selling a range of products and services and having great empathy for people came to the fore.
Our school was built around the needs of the children, our curriculum was what interested children (we introduced a Creative Curriculum long before it became fashionable!) and we taught children Critical Thinking, curiosity and how to ask and answer questions. It was an interesting school in an interesting area and we made positive changes to the lives of children and their families.
Two years ago a conversation steered me into healing. I was about to retire and knew I had the time and determination needed, plus the enthusiasm to embrace this opportunity. I began to realise that all I had put in place in school was actually a reflection of my own spirituality; I like people, I like kindness and I love joy.
I completed my first year for Source Attunement Healing with Omnes in 2022 and will start my final year soon. I truly see the importance of maintaining a high vibrational energy and not allowing myself to be side-tracked into the negative messages given to us by the media. I am excited about the future because I feel I have ‘come home’. It will all be alright in the end because – life is good and we are blessed.
I currently enjoy extensive reading, gardening and spending time with family and grandchildren.
